Full Refund:
We offer a full refund of the service fee if your visa application is denied due to any reasons within our control. This means if we fail to provide the required support, documentation, or make any errors that lead to the rejection of your visa, you are entitled to a complete refund of the service fee.
Partial Refund:
In cases where part of the process has been completed but the application cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances not within our control (such as changes in immigration law, sudden personal circumstances, or incomplete/misleading information provided by the client), a partial refund may be issued based on the stage of the process at which the application was halted.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees are non-refundable, including government application fees, third-party charges (such as medical exams, document translation services), and other costs incurred during the application process that are not part of our service fee.
Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@arthurtravel.co.uk or WhatsApp +447360961803 within 30 days of receiving the visa denial notice. Please include your application details and the reason for the refund request.
Processing Time:
Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Approved refunds will be credited to the bank details provided by the client.
Terms and Conditions:
The refund policy applies only to the service fees paid directly to Arthur Travel UK. The policy does not cover any external costs or expenses. Clients must comply with all requirements and provide accurate information during the application process to be eligible for a refund.
